COMFORT ADVENTURES does not accept liability to the customer (or any other person) for any act or omission on the part of the other tour operators including (but not limited to) any failure by the other tour operators to provide the tour, or any accident, loss or damage which the customer or any other person might suffer as a result of the tour and the customer agrees to release and indemnity COMFORT ADVENTURES from and against any such claim in that respect.

COMFORT ADVENTURES does not warrant or represent to the customer that the tour is suitable or fit for the customer’s purpose or corresponds with any advertising of the other tour operators and the customer agrees to make their own inquiries with the other tour operators if required.

In so far as COMFORT ADVENTURES is unable by law or by statute to exclude its liability to the customer then the customer agrees that the liability of COMFORT ADVENTURES to the customer is limited to COMFORT ADVENTURES providing the tour (or a similar tour) again to the customer.

All Tours are provided by tour operators and based on dates of availability the tour operators have provided on the COMFORT ADVENTURES website. COMFORT ADVENTURES is unable to guarantee the availability of any tour included on these websites (meals, sightseeing tour, mode of transportation, etc.)

COMFORT ADVENTURES, its employees, contractors and/or suppliers of any service assume no responsibilities for injury, death, damage, loss or delay incurred by any person in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motorcoach, or any other conveyance or by reason of any event beyond the control of the operator or supplier of such service. Neither COMFORT ADVENTURES nor any such operator or supplier shall be held liable for any act, omission, error or event if it becomes necessary or advisable for comfort, safety, or well-being of any tour participant, or any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements. Such alterations may be made without penalty to COMFORT ADVENTURE, its employees, agents or contractors. The right is reserved to change a portion of any tour should condition warrant and/or also to decline to retain any tour participant as a member of the tour.

COMFORT ADVENTURES have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the content of this site is correct, but all information is subject to change we are unable to check the accuracy of all information provided by other tour operators.

The Customer agrees to pay to COMFORT ADVENTURES the advertised price for the tour.

The customer agrees to abide by all terms, conditions and directions of all tour operators in respect of the tour including but not limited to:

A: All matters regarding the conduct of the tour such as safety, use of equipment, etc.

B: Payment for the tour — the customer acknowledges and agrees that the price charged by COMFORT ADVENTURES for the Tour may be subject to changes. COMFORT ADVENTURES will endeavor to abide the advertised price.

C: Cancellation Fees — If the Customer cancels or changes a Booking then the customer agrees to abide by any cancellation or alteration policy of COMFORT ADVENTURES which may include the payment of a charge for the cancellation or change.  In addition to this the customer agrees to abide by the cancellation policies set out here.

Jurisdiction
The Customer agrees that the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Koblenz/Germany and any dispute shall be heard by the court of appropriate jurisdiction in Koblenz/Germany.
